What should I wear? We recommend comfortable workout attire that lets you move freely. For Lagree or reformer Pilates classes, grippy socks are a must! Don't sweat it if you forget yours - we have clean, community socks you can borrow, or you can purchase a pair at the studio (they're cute, we promise). For strength training or cardio classes, come dressed in workout clothes and sneakers that make you feel like the fitness rockstar you are.
What should I bring? Just your amazing self and a water bottle! Forgot your H2O? No problem - we've got water available at the studio. The only thing you absolutely must bring is a great attitude (and even if you're having an off day, our instructors have enough enthusiasm to share).
Do I need to come early to my first class? For your first visit, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes early. This gives you time to sign our waiver, get a mini-tour of our studio, and meet your instructor before the class begins. This is also the perfect opportunity to mention any injuries, conditions, or anything else your instructor should know about to help customize your experience. First-day jitters? Totally normal. But trust us – that extra 10 minutes will help you feel settled and ready to rock your workout!
Who is this good for? Everyone. Seriously. One thing that makes Infinity special is the incredible mix of people in each class. You might find yourself sweating next to someone in their 20s and someone in their 70s - all getting after it together. Our members are at all fitness levels but share one thing: they care about treating their bodies right.
New to fitness or getting back into it after a break? We recommend starting with Pilates Essentials, Stretch Pilates, or Lagree Essentials. These classes are designed for beginners and will help you build strength and reconnect with your body before advancing to other offerings.
Have questions? Our team lives to make you feel comfortable and supported. Slide into our DMs, give us a call, or just ask when you arrive. We're here to help you crush your fitness goals, whatever they may be.
