We're so happy you decided to take your first class with us! Here's all our best advice about your first visit to Infinity - whether it's your first class with us or your first class ever.
Early Bird Gets the Waiver
Come a little early to your first class - we suggest 10-15 minutes! We have a waiver for you to sign at the front and would love to show you around and introduce you to your instructor. Be sure to mention to your instructor any injuries, conditions, or anything else that's important for your instructor to know before they guide your workout!
What to Wear & Bring
Regardless of the class, wear comfortable, athletic clothing you feel happy to move in! If you're taking Pilates or Lagree, please bring grip/sticky socks - if you don't have grip socks, we have them available at the studio to buy or to borrow. And don't forget your water bottle (hydration is important)!

The Best First Class
If you're taking Pilates or Lagree, look for our Essentials classes on the schedule - they're perfect introductory classes, with simpler movements and more time for transitions. Feel free to hop into any of our Strength Training classes - regardless of experience or level, your instructor can explain and modify the movements in the circuit to give you a great workout! We also offer Intro to Pilates and Lagree classes every so often for a more in-depth introduction to the movement styles - we'll let you know about any upcoming Intro series on our Instagram and Facebook.
