Kristen is a Lagree instructor at Infinity Fitness Studios. She discovered Lagree in 2019 while living in her home state of Texas and has been hooked ever since. She loves the intensity of the workout and its adaptability for all fitness levels. Kristen’s passion for the results (and the burn!) inspired her to become a certified instructor. When she’s not teaching Lagree, Kristen works as a medical speech pathologist, helping hospital patients regain their communication and swallowing abilities. Outside of work, she enjoys adventures with her husband and their dog, Arvin, traveling, and indulging in her favorite guilty pleasure—Taco Bell. Kristen’s classes are designed to leave clients feeling strong and accomplished. Be warned—her shakes are served spicy!
