Frequently asked
questions

How do I create an account & book my first class?
We use an easy, streamlined booking system for all account management, purchases, and class reservations. It’s fully integrated into our website and mobile app for a seamless experience.
We highly recommend using the app. Through the app, you can purchase class packs, book and cancel classes, select your preferred spot in the studio, track your class count, and manage your account all in one place. It’s the simplest way to stay organized and committed to your routine.
**If you are booking through a third-party platform, please note that their terms and conditions apply for late cancellation windows and no-shows. We are unable to modify or adjust third-party reservations. For any changes, you will need to contact the third-party provider directly, such as ClassPass.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your first class. This gives you time to check in, meet your instructor, and receive a quick overview of the equipment so you feel confident and ready to move.
-
Should I mention injuries or limitations?
Yes, always. Let your instructor know about any injuries, medical conditions, or movement limitations before class begins. This allows us to offer modifications and ensure you get the most out of your workout safely.
I’m new to Lagree or Pilates. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Our instructors guide you through each movement with clear cues and hands-on support when needed. You’ll move at your own pace while still being challenged.

Yes! All of our classes are designed to be accessible for all levels. Our instructors provide guidance and modifications, but we encourage you to move at your own pace and listen to your body.
-
What should I wear?
Wear something stretchy and not too loose, something that allows you to move comfortably. For Reformer and Lagree classes, grip socks are required for safety and stability. For Strength Training, supportive athletic shoes are recommended.
What should I bring?
Bring a water bottle and grip socks if you have them. We have extras available for purchase if needed. All equipment is provided, and towels are available in the studio.

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you may be automatically added to the class and notified via email or text. By joining the waitlist, you agree to our standard cancellation policy if you are added to class.

We enforce a 12-hour cancellation/no-show policy. Failure to cancel before the 12-hour mark will result in a $20 late cancellation fee and forfeit the class credit. All active memberships (Infinite, 4x, 8x, and 12x) will be charged a $15 late fee for any class not canceled within the 12-hour window. Any no-shows will be charged a $25 fee. No exceptions.
-
Credits (and class packs) expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

To ensure safety and a smooth class experience, late arrivals may not be admitted. We recommend arriving early, especially if it’s your first visit.

We recommend consulting with your physician before attending if you have any injuries, limitations, or are pregnant. Please inform your instructor before class so they can offer modifications where possible, though not all movements may be suitable for every individual.
