Harder, better, faster, stronger. You'll use dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, machines, and resistance bands to achieve full-body toning and even fuller-on confidence. Your trainer will guide you through a circuit and give you personalized guidance on your form so you can take your strength to the next level!
cardio circuit
Get ready to sweat and push your limits! This high-intensity 45-minute class combines dumbbells, resistance bands, spin bikes, and treadmills to elevate your heart rate and challenge your strength. You’ll cycle through dynamic cardio sets and core-focused exercises designed to torch calories, build endurance, and sculpt your body. Perfect for anyone looking for a fast-paced, results-driven workout.
FULL BODY STRENGTH
This class focuses on intentional, full-body strength training to build muscle and support bone health, promote longevity, and help you feel strong, resilient, and capable in everyday life. Expect functional strength work, clear instruction that meets you where you’re at, and options for all levels, with an emphasis on quality. No conditioning, just strong, supported movement you can build on, including lifting heavy when appropriate.

Functional Kettlebell Training focuses on learning the foundational movement patterns: squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry... with kettlebells as the primary training tool.
While kettlebells are the emphasis, we’ll also incorporate other equipment when helpful to create a well-rounded, full-body strength class with some conditioning built in. The class is appropriate for all levels, whether you’re experienced and want to refine your technique or are brand new to kettlebells and ready to learn. You’ll also gain skills you can use to train at home with just one piece of equipment, confidently.
