Infinity Fitness Studios (Wabi-Sabi Workouts LLC) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides services throughinfinityfitnessstudios.com, and by creating an account, booking a class, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

You understand that participation in fitness classes and use of studio facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness (including exposure to communicable diseases such as COVID-19), equipment-related risks, and unforeseen accidents, and you voluntarily assume all such risks while agreeing to follow instructor guidance and exercise reasonable judgment. You hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Infinity Fitness Studios (Wabi-Sabi Workouts LLC), its owners, employees, coaches, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, whether due to negligence or otherwise. You confirm that you are physically able to participate and understand that we do not provide medical advice; consulting a physician prior to participation is your responsibility.

By attending classes or events, you grant permission for photography, video, or media capture that may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation, unless revoked in writing (not retroactively). You agree to studio policies, including: late arrivals (more than 5 minutes) may be denied entry; failure to cancel at least 12 hours in advance results in a $20 late cancel fee and loss of class credit; clients with active memberships will be charged $15 late cancel fee (excluding Infinite+ members only). No-shows will result in a $25 fee and loss of class credit; waitlist bookings may automatically add you to class up to 45 minutes prior and are subject to cancellation policies; class changes within 4 hours incur fees; cancellations must be completed through the website or app only; and fees reflect the limited capacity of our studio and the value of reserved spots.

Memberships require a 30-day cancellation notice after any minimum commitment period, class packs are non-refundable and no refunds are provided for special events or private sessions. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, as minors are not permitted to participate in or remain in the studio without an adult.

Studio rules include: appropriate athletic shoes or grip socks required, no zippers, jewelry and abrasive attire on reformers, no bags or phones on the floor (except water and towel), no food or glass containers, no disruptive behavior, and adherence to proper attire guidelines to ensure safety; failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

Participation is at your own risk, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Attendance under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited, and suspected impairment may result in denied entry, removal, cancellation of bookings, or termination of memberships without refund.

Use of our website constitutes agreement to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws; you consent to receive electronic communications, including emails and SMS messages related to your account (message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and accept responsibility for all activity under it.

Our website may include links to third-party services, for which we are not responsible, and certain services may be provided through third-party partners. All content on our site is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission. You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm the business or other users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Infinity Fitness Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Fitness Studios from any claims arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Nevada in accordance with applicable laws, and you consent to Nevada jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
